Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order or purchasing in-store.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.

Sale items and Mystery Orders are not eligible for change-of-mind exchanges.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can arrange an appropriate solution.
